Ahmed Elhusseiny has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for nearly 20 years, working across Canada, Europe and APAC. He started his career at Roche in 2013 as the Therapy Area Head for Neuroscience and Rare Diseases. Prior to that, he held various global and local leadership roles at Novartis.
Before moving to his current role at Roche, he was the Head of Integrated Strategies, Pharma International. In this role, he led a regional transformation towards networked and agile ways of working, improving decision-making across teams and enhancing the patient and customer experience. Ahmed holds a BSc in Biology and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from McGill University and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
