Diana Edralin is currently the General Manager for Pharma Philippines.
She joined Roche Philippines in 2017 as the Country Medical Director, where she pioneered and paved the way for multiple One Roche initiatives in maximizing the opportunities and challenges in the healthcare ecosystem such as regulatory compliance, policy shaping and the pandemic response. Spearheading the development of strategic and innovative partnerships across multiple stakeholders in the healthcare system, she helped establish Roche as one of the preferred and trustworthy partners in the industry.
Earlier this year, Diana led the APAC Established Products (EP) Squad where she helped cultivate a team environment that allows for continuous learning, experimentation and acceleration of digital customer engagement.
Next to being passionate about people development, she is also a strong advocate for nurturing a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
Prior to joining Roche, she served as Medical Director for Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk.
